The price of the products is displayed in euros. VAT is included in the price displayed at
rate in force in France for the products concerned.
The shipping costs of the Customer's order will be indicated to him before the final validation thereof.
Failure by the Customer to comply with the obligations subscribed to under these General Conditions of Sale, in particular in the event of fraud or any attempted fraud, and any incident of payment of the price may result in the suspension of access to Waxmalia's services , without prejudice to any damages that WaxMalia may request. WaxMalia therefore reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute.
Order compliance
The products offered for sale are presented and detailed with the greatest possible precision.
Litigation
The General Conditions will be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. The parties will seek, before any litigation, an amicable agreement.
Intellectual property
All elements of the WaxMalia website, whatever they may be, are protected by copyright, designs and models, or trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of WaxMalia. The reproduction of all or part of the WaxMalia site constitutes infringement within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code.
Products and availability
WaxMalia sells articles in wax. The product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, and while stocks last.
WaxMalia does not in any way guarantee that products will remain on sale for a specific period. WaxMalia agrees to notify by email or telephone any customer who has ordered an unavailable product.
In the event of debit of the amount of an order relating to an unavailable product, WaxMalia undertakes within 30 days according to the choice of the Customer, either to reimburse the Customer, or to issue him a credit note for the amount of his order.
In the event of a stock shortage of one of the products of an order comprising several products, WaxMalia ships the rest of the order.
Right to retract
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to retract and return the products purchased on the WaxMalia site for 14 clear days from the date of delivery thereof (the postmark being taken).

Guarantees
After the complete payment of his order, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity as well as the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with the legal provisions in force of articles L.211–1 to L.212–2 of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
Force majeure
Pursuant to article 1148 of the Civil Code, WaxMalia cannot be responsible or considered as having committed a fault in the processing of your file if any delay or any non-performance results from a case of force majeure.
