Expédition & retours

If the item you purchased does not suit you, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order for Europe and 45 days for the rest of the world.

If the return period is exceeded you will not be able to make a return.

You can make your return request via the "contact" section.

Only one return request is accepted per order.

Once your return request has been validated, no changes can be made to it.

Any returned item must not have been worn. Any returned item soiled and / or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

No exchange possible online. If you want to order a new size or color, you will need to return the item to us for a refund and place a new order.

In case of loss of the package, WaxMalia cannot be held responsible.

As of reception in our warehouses, requests for reimbursements will be processed within 15 working days. Please note that during a refund request, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use another packaging.
